The Waves Eagles Senior Women’s team gives players the opportunity to train, compete and grow in a supportive AFL club environment. Based at Frank Coulthard Oval in Norville, the team welcomes players aged 15 years and over who want to be part of women’s football in Bundaberg.

Snr Women’s Coach
Neil Gregson
Greggo returns for his third season as Senior Women’s head coach, after previously serving as assistant coach. A former Sandgate Hawks player, he brings experience, leadership, and a strong drive for continued premiership success.

Brodrick Winmar
Brodrick is a Senior Men’s player stepping up to support the Senior Women’s side. An experienced player known for his explosive speed, Brodrick was also the 2025 Mark of the Year recipient.
