Booking requirements
All venue hire bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation by The Waves AFL Club. A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit or payment arrangement has been completed.
Hirers are responsible for the behaviour, safety, and supervision of all guests during the hire period. All use of the venue must comply with club directions, Queensland liquor laws, safety requirements, and the terms listed in the Facility Hire User Agreement.
Important conditions
- Alcohol service and consumption must comply with Queensland liquor licensing requirements
- Noise must remain at a reasonable level
- The hirer is responsible for any damage caused during the event
- A security bond may be required
- Cleaning or repair costs may be deducted from the bond if required
- Maximum occupancy limits must not be exceeded
- Cancellations must be made in writing
